You are able to watch the headlines and see that our world is becoming a more violent place. There was a time when the church was a sacred place, a place that evil did not enter. We have seen in recent situations that intent to harm Christians because of our allegiance to God.
Sadly, most churches are like Jerusalem in the times of Nehemiah; we do not have a wall of protection! Nehemiah 4:9 tells us the people prayed for protection, but posted a guard. We, like them, must pray to God for protection but post our guard.
The mission of Nehemiah 4:9 is โTo Negate Evil with Honor.โ We realize that churches are unique in the struggle for security. Genuine people with true problems approach churches for help, and we need to be prepared to meet those needs. However, violent people approach churches for barbaric reasons, and we need to be prepared to meet those needs as well. Our mission is to help you gain the tools โTo Negate Evil with Honor.โ
